With a background in technical support and repair, including extensive experience with Apple, Samsung, and Google devices, I've honed my skills in PowerShell scripting, iOS and Android diagnostics, and computer repair. 

Transitioning from roles at Telus-owned Mobileklinik, Bestbuy Geeksquad, and London Drugs, I've embraced opportunities to advance my knowledge, particularly in Python, Java, and Linux, aligning with my pursuit of Google Cloud certifications.
 
Additionally, I have gained valuable experience through real-world projects crafted by experts in the cloud engineering/architect field. I excel in team environments, prioritizing clear communication and meticulous organization to achieve goals effectively. As a swift learner with a passion for technology and a commitment to client satisfaction, I am eager to contribute as a Cloud Engineer, leveraging my diverse skill set and dedication to excellence.
